This daily painting diary will record my daily paintings ....(with weekends off!)
A Painting a Day has become a phenomenon embraced by both artists and collectors. Challenged by the disciplined regularity which is the essence of the practice, some artists produce a new painting every day, however most produce about five a week in keeping with the goal of the painting a day movement. Typically small in format - 6"x8" or less, these paintings are offered for sale online at the artist's website or through eBay, often for starting prices of just $100. The popularity of Painting a Day blogs is in response to the Art collecting public who appreciate that these often stunning little masterpieces are a great way to build their art collections.

while i want no reimbursement, know I spent over $800 , plus my labor, increasing your property value.
This is what I did:
clear weeds and debris from the yard
remove all the bricks
add 20 bags of soil to create a lawn and flowerbeds
purchase and lay out 80 square feet of sod
reset bricks to create a level patio including 24 bags of sand/ gravel
build a potting bench , picnic table , sandbox
put in energy efficient lights(solar lights)
My property (patio furniture etc) is for all to enjoy and will be gone when I move .
removed 8 bags of waste in garage which need to go to the dump
